Minutes last AGM:

Banking rectification underway.
Regarding CAN liaison on financial basis - while it is likely that CAN hold some funds that probably belong to us, we agree to not pursue this further.
We will continue to explore sharing membership details with CAN.

  • Chase up paying for the Spokes website

  • @devoniakruimer elected to be Chairperson (unopposed)
  • @frstep confirmed as Treasurer (unopposed)
    • David Vincent expressed an early interest for fulfilling this role next year
  • @NathanK confirmed as Secretary (unopposed)

  • Ruth: Bike parking
  • David Vincent: Not clear
  • Robyn: Social / Coffee Outside
  • Rob: Remote committee member

Future Meetings

  • Bimonthly formal meetings, alt with social on other months

Draft Constitution accepted (minor changes made)

Bike Breakfast Debrief

Went very well - the venue performed highly despite the rain.
The amounts were very good - approx 160.
If we change the date, we must ensure that all sources were changed. Also, maybe change to the following day instead of the following week.
Discussed the pros and cons of the promotion of eBikes at the Bike Breakfast.
Questions for the politicians before upcoming elections.
