  1. Bike Breakfast - Let’s get excited!

    • :white_check_mark: Logistics update
      Food, posters, and DCC funding are all sorted — huge thanks to Heike for pulling this together!
    • :speaking_head: Interactive engagement
      Brainstorm and agree on some fun, engaging poll questions (using our website) to get attendees involved on the day.
    • :woman_biking: Aotearoa Bike Challenge tie‑in
      Building on Charlotte’s (DCC) suggestion, explore how we can weave the Aotearoa Bike Challenge into Bike Breakfast preparations, including recruiting volunteers to help get this started.
  2. Things to Fix

    • Introduce the idea of using Bike Breakfast poll feedback to identify priority issues.
    • Explore whether we can expand the current list of items to address, based on community input.
    • Agree on a plan to finalise key issues by the end of February and present them to the DCC.

      Food, posters, and DCC funding are all sorted — huge thanks to Heike for pulling this together!
    • :speaking_head: Interactive engagement
      We will have active polling with some posters at the Bike Breakfast around quick / cheap fixes (Things to Fix).
      @frstep & @JohnJohn will lead this together, working openly on spokes.nz so other members can contribute easily
    • Publicity
      @Cflahert to push out some promotional material about the Bike Breakfast via the Aotearoa Bike Challenge and to the Workplace Champions
    • Tasks
      @Cflahert to share the images etc with us

      Chalking
      Email about the Bike Breakfast to all on our site this weekend
  2. Things to Fix

    • We’ll synthesise / curate Things to Fix for easy wider consumption after the input from the Bike Breakfast
    • It would be helpful to promote these widely and invite input
  3. Future actions

    • @nathank to invite all active members to make personal contact with our Associates.
    • Look at tapping into the Community feedback map from Love to Ride:

    • Explore having our own code of conduct for Barne’s Dances
      • it could be that different rules apply on SH’s than on side streets.
