This would be a good opportunity to launch (or at least discuss launching) Things to Fix.
The premise is that budgets are tight, but there is scope to fix small / cheap things which are likely to have a large impact on those cycling. The DCC doesn’t have a good way to identify these things.
As ‘eyes on the ground’, we are ideally placed to articulate what needs fixing, and which fixes are high value ‘wins’. These are great as wiki topics, that can be iteratively improved. Here is a good example:
