I am all in favour of bikes and public transport. There has to be room for cars too for those who need them and to keep businesses alive. It doesn’t have to be an either/or; people must have free choice. I have no doubt that you too will use a car when you need it. Having biked around both Edinburgh and Glasgow, I managed perfectly well without any special treatment. So I don’t see what the problem is.
By the way, I think Spokes are a wonderful organisation
