Spokes Bike Buddy programme

Is this still operating? I’d love to know more.

I wasn’t aware of the programme. But then I’m relatively new here

So the aim of the buddy program is to provide one to one support to people who are keen to commute by bike but are unsure of their route or their skills. Ideally we would pair them with a member who has experience of riding the route.

If the person posts a request on this board, we will see if we can find them a buddy.

Thanks, Fraser and Robyn - that’s good info. I am doing workplace travel planning with ORC (before they move to their new building) and will be working with Te Whatu Ora Southern later this year. I will point interested novice cyclists to your website :grinning_face:
