It is interesting that you state two solutions that we have continuously promoted within different venues - directly with the council, their staff and through direct submissions to previous plans. The answer is always the same - too expensive, complicated crossing and thus it is pushed down the priority line.
I am writing my submission to the 9 year plan now and will include the petition as part of it - but if you have any other research, support, etc to include into the submission, please let me know, ok.
