I missed this call as was driving back from Central on Monday. Basically this stems from conversations we had at 2walkandcycle.
This joined-forces thinking is what I feel has been missing and what is desperately needed if we are to get any significant increase in the rate of change.
Agree - national joined up thinking is desperately needed as are foot soldiers. Have a national online forum dedicated to it ready to fly.

This is indeed a very good article; it articulates the roadblocks (forgive the pun) to making our streets better very clearly. We would be wise to digest it.
